REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the "Be Your Own Boss" (BYOB) course. While we unfortunately cannot offer a money-back guarantee, we do offer a 30-day refund for the BYOB course purchase; we want to see that you gave the course an honest effort, completed at least 75% of the course modules, and that it unfortunately did not work for you.
Should you request a refund, please contact With Cora Marie Support at cora@withcoramarie.com within the first 30 days from the date of your purchase. Your request for a refund must be accompanied by:
- Proof of completion of at least 75% of the course.
- Completed coursework relevant to the course.
If you request a refund and do not include your coursework alongside your request, you will not be granted a refund. Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of With Cora Marie after review of the submitted materials.
PAYMENT PLANS
If you have elected to enroll in an installment payment plan for the BYOB course, you agree to authorize the charges on your payment method. By signing up for the payment plan, you also agree to pay your balance in full by the date specified on your payment plan agreement until your payments are complete.
You also acknowledge that the payment method you use will be active, valid, and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment plan. Should any payment be declined, you agree to provide an alternative payment method promptly. In the event of a failed charge, With Cora Marie reserves the right to revoke your access to the course.
A late fee of 1% per month is applicable to any overdue payments. With Cora Marie reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit reporting and collections agencies, including recovery of reasonable attorney’s fees.
LIFETIME ACCESS
You shall have access to the BYOB course for the lifetime of the course, as long as With Cora Marie continues to offer it.
REVOCATION OF ACCESS
You may terminate your use and access to the BYOB course at any time; however, such termination will not excuse you from fulfilling your payment obligations. With Cora Marie reserves the right to revoke access to the course immediately if you violate any terms herein.
CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS
You understand and agree that if you initiate a chargeback for the BYOB course which you have purchased and for which you owe payment, and you successfully recover the disputed funds, With Cora Marie will provide documentation to your bank to assert that you did receive and agree to the terms of delivery of the product, including this Chargeback Policy and our Refund Policy.
Further, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for any and all courses delivered to you. You hereby agree to pay the full invoice amount in the event of a chargeback dispute. Failure to make appropriate payment will lead With Cora Marie to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies.
With Cora Marie is a registered DBA of Cora Annadale LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of Maryland. All references to 'With Cora Marie' refer to Cora Annadale LLC.
